Conference Registration fees include Social Events (Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet), Breaks, Lunches.

To benefit from lower registration rates, it is strongly recommended that you take advantage of early bird registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations and/or changes must be sent in writing to secretariat 2023fpr@gmail.com. Partial and full refunds are subject to the conditions below:

From Now till 30 June 2023 - full refund minus 10% administration fee for cancelled registrations

Between 1 July to 31 July 2023 – partial refund (50%) for cancelled registrations

From 1 August 2023 - No refund for cancelled registrations

All cancellations involving a refund will be subject to a 10% administration fee. Refunds shall be processed within six weeks.

 

No refunds will be made to participants should the Meeting be cancelled or adapted to hybrid or virtual event formats due to circumstances not within the Organiser’s control including but not limited to any acts of God, civil commotion, outbreak, threat of outbreak, or ongoing transmission of infectious or communicable diseases such as SARS, COVID-19, failure of any applicable government authority to issue required governmental permits, and any other similar event or condition making it in advisable, impracticable, illegal or impossible to hold the Event.

Notice for Visa Application

 

Visitors from several countries may require a visa to enter Taiwan (Republic of China). The required documents are well explained on the Website of the Bureau of Consular Affairs. Taiwan (Republic of China) doesn’t hold embassies in certain countries. The application may have to be processed through distant ones.    We therefore kindly urge the participants to clarify their visa requirements in advance to the conference date. Please note that this process may take over 8 weeks. Should you require a certificate of registration from us, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
